Les séjours de plus de 5 jours des stagiaires, doctorants, chercheurs... non ressortissants d'un pays de l'Espace Schengen doivent faire l'objet d'une demande d'un avis préalable auprès du FSD à l'initiative du directeur d'unité.

Stays of more than 5 days for interns, PhD students, researchers... who are not citizens of a Schengen Area country must be subject to a prior consultation the FSD. It is the unit director who starts the procedure.
