  3. The mobility can be carried out in foreign laboratories, foreign public and private institutions, summer schools, archives, international organizations, and other institutions relevant to the research or internship of students. Conferences are not eligible.
  4. The selection will be made based on the following criteria:

Application procedure:

To complete your application, please log in to the Graduate Programmes Portal on the MoveOn platform:
https://univlille.moveonfr.com/form/63569462b99b4f3b2b6c0d14/eng by November 14, 2025. No email applications will be accepted.

For any further questions or concerns you may have, please contact the administrative officer, at:
grants-graduate-programmesuniv-lillefr

Projects will be selected by a committee composed of the Graduate Programme coordinators, the administrative officer of the Graduate Programmes and the directors of Graduate Schools involved. Results will be announced directly to the applicant via email no later than December 15, 2025.

The allocated grant is calculated based on a weekly flat rate of EUR 150 € with an increase of +50% for the first 4 weeks to cover travelling expenses. 70% of the grant is paid upon the student’s arrival and 30% upon his/her return after a report on the mobility has been submitted to the Graduate Programmes office *

If we do not have your mobility report, on the Move-on platform after your mobility, the Graduate Programmes Team will not unlock the balance payment.

E.g. 2 weeks: 2x150x1,5 = 450 € ; 12 weeks: 4x1.5x150+ 8x150 = 2100 €

Under no circumstances can the financial support of a mobility project be retroactive, the mobility must start after the date mentioned above.

The international mobility grant is awarded on the basis of the submitted project. Any change in the destination or duration may void the grant and must be reported as soon as possible to allow for a new examination of the project. The amount of the grant may be recalculated downwards depending on whether the number of weeks matches the agreement with the welcoming establishment submitted prior to payment, but no increase in the amount will be made. If the mobility is not fully completed, the Graduate Programmes reserve the right to withhold payment of the student's balance.

* The student must be able to have a certain amount of money with him/her before to insure the first weeks of the mobility as the payment takes 2-3 weeks to arrive on the bank account.
